Refund policy

Duration of Return

We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn jewelry.

Conditions for Return

  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The white tag on all products must be intact when received at our warehouse. After inspection, Stoned reserves the right to approve or deny refunds.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If multiple products are returned and any are missing, the refund may be adjusted accordingly. This includes promotional and discounted items.

Empty Package or Missing Product

  • If you receive an empty package or a missing product, contact us within 48 hours via phone or email.
  • A complete video of the package being opened is required to process the claim.
  • If there is insufficient proof or evidence of tampering, Stoned holds the right to make the final decision on the claim.

Purchases from Other Platforms

For Stoned products purchased from third-party platforms, the return policy of that platform will apply.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return Request
  2. Approval Process
    • After verifying the request and product images, we will respond within 48 hours.
    • If approved, a pickup will be arranged.
  3. Product Pickup
    • Ensure availability for the pickup and respond to the delivery partner’s calls.
    • If unavailable, the pickup may be canceled, requiring a new request and extending the process.
  4. Non-Serviceable PIN Codes
    • Some locations may not be eligible for return pickups. In such cases, you will need to ship the product back using a courier of your choice.
    • Stoned will reimburse 50% of the shipping costs for such returns.

Return Inspection & Refund

Once received at our warehouse, the returned product undergoes quality checks.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and have the white tag intact.

If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

    • UPI: 3–4 working days
    • Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 working days
    • Wallet/Gift Card: 3–5 working days
    • COD Orders: 7–10 working days

If the return does not meet our conditions, Stoned reserves the right to reject the refund request.
